Training People to Help Themselves and Others
At Living Foundation Ministries provide biblical counseling to individuals, couples, and families. Our goal is not to fix problems but to share practical “tools” to help people work through difficulties. We stress the use of Biblical tools, which we have found to reduce the need for a prolonged quantity of counseling sessions. We have found that the use of biblical tools reduces the need for prolonged counseling. We aim to "Add-a-Tool" -- a specific scripture, a principle from scripture, or something that does not violate scripture.
LFM's guiding scripure at LFM is Galatians 6:2, "Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ." We do not address any of the psychiatric disorders. Help for Living Living Foundation Ministries unreservedly believes that the Bible can help process every problem in living, either by direct precept or principle. We do not address any psychiatric disorders. Our focus is to help you understand and process your challenges from a Biblical perspective. Each session may include a short prayer for God's guidance.
At LFM, counseling sessions can be arranged in the office or by phone. We offer fifty-minute counseling sessions. Because of the national and international scope of our ministry, we offer these same 50-minute sessions by phone or video conferencing [Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or WhatsApp].
