I SHOUD FORGIVE, But...

Finding Release from the Bondage of Anger and Bitterness

Forgiveness is hard but not impossible. When you can't forgive someone who has hurt you, the last thing you want is a guilt trip for not forgiving.

For over 40 years, Dr. Chuck Lynch has asked people who can't forgive to honestly explain why they can't. When their legitimate concerns are addressed to their satisfaction, over 90% are able to forgive.

I Should Forgive, But...identifies common reasons it is hard to forgive. This book will give you psychologically sound and scripturally based answers to the hindrances to forgiveness.

GOD'S PEACE IN YOUR HOME

Ten Ways to Reduce Anger in Relationships

Is peace possible? Evidence around us does not seem to support the idea of peace--in traditional, blended, or single-parent families.

Anger, like the red light on a car dashboard, is only a notifier that something needs attention. It does not blame, shame, or condemn. It merely states, "There's a need to be addressed so that life functions better.

A few of the 9 sources of anger addressed in God's Peace in Your Home are: Overprotection, Rejection, Selfishness, Perfectionism, and Irresponsibility. A true bonus in this book is the suggested positive steps that lead to personal peace.
